These terms govern your use of themobilefit. They are deliberately short and written in plain language. By using the site, or by signing in and creating a shop, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Agreement and who we are
themobilefit ("themobilefit", "we", "us") is operated by YUVARAJ HARIHARAN, an individual based in India. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and forms part of these terms.
2. The service
themobilefit lets anyone look up which Normal Glass and UV Glass screen protectors fit a given phone model. Shops that sign in can additionally record a box or shelf number against each item so staff can find stock quickly. The service is currently free of charge. We may add, change or withdraw features at any time; where a change removes something you rely on, we will try to give reasonable notice in the app.
3. Accounts
- You sign in with a Google account. One shop can be attached to each Google account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and be using the service for a business (for example a repair shop, retailer or distributor).
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for everything done through your shop account. Tell us promptly at info.themobilefit@gmail.com if you believe your account has been misused.
- Shop details you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
4. Your content
Shop details, box numbers and notes you enter ("your content") belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display your content to you and to themobilefit administrators for the purpose of running, securing and supporting the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to enter the content you save and that it does not include personal data about other people beyond what the shop details form asks for.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or extract the catalogue in bulk for resale or for building a competing catalogue;
- attempt to access another shop's data, the administration area, or any part of the service you are not authorised to use;
- interfere with the service, for example by sending automated traffic, probing for vulnerabilities or circumventing rate limits;
- enter unlawful, defamatory or infringing material, or other people's personal data, into shop details or notes;
- use the service in breach of any law that applies to you.
You may use the catalogue in the normal course of running your shop, including printing or exporting your own box list.
6. Catalogue information
The catalogue is compiled from supplier compatibility lists and cleaned by us. We work to keep it accurate, but lists change, contain errors, and use inconsistent naming, so the catalogue is provided "as is" for guidance only. Always verify fit before buying or applying a protector. themobilefit is not the manufacturer or seller of any protector or phone and does not accept responsibility for purchasing decisions made using the catalogue. Phone and product brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility.
7. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend a shop account (making it read-only) or delete it if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Where practical we will tell you why.
- You may delete your shop at any time from Shop details → Delete shop. This permanently removes your shop, box numbers, notes and sign-in with us.
- Sections 4 (to the extent of content already processed), 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after termination.
8. Availability
We aim to keep themobilefit available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service depends on third-party providers (hosting, database, sign-in) and may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. You should not rely on it as your only record of where stock is kept; the "My boxes" page lets you export your box list at any time.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of India: the service and catalogue are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy; we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, stock or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service; and our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of INR 1,000 and the amount you paid us for the service in that period (currently nil). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud.
10. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, costs and legal fees that arise directly from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service, to the extent caused by you.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will show a notice in the app the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your shop.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please email us first at info.themobilefit@gmail.com; most issues can be resolved informally within a few days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
